Livbuild principle Michael Rimac has been involved in the building industry since 1983. Having held managerial positions for both Multiplex Constructions and Leighton Contractors, he then proceeded to Managing Director of two successful companies, Premier Ceilings and Livbuild.

As a Finishes Foreman with Leighton Contractors he completed the Parramatta Taxation Building. With Multiplex Constructions he completed the City Centre Project (building with monorail station), and Sheraton on the Park Hotel Project.

Premier Ceilings completed many interesting projects, such as the Sydney Harbour Casino, Hilton Hotel and the Homebush Olympic Super Dome and Station. During this time Livbuild have been constructing their own developments along with other domestic home projects.

After many years contracting on major commercial projects requiring high standards of finish along with their domestic developments, Michael is perusing his passion in not only in constructing custom designed Luxury Prestige Homes but also refurbishments and extensions to a high level of finish.
